We offer FREE SHIPPING on all M-Audio/Digidesign items in our product catalog within the continental U.S. For orders outside of the continental U.S. Please add your item/s to your cart with your address so that the shipping calculator can best calculate shipping for an accurate price quote.
All M-Audio/Digidesign and assorted accessories ship within 2-3 business days of cleared payment received by 9am EST; most items ship the next business day.
Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking within three days of payment please check your spam filter before contacting us. We only ship on business days, not weekends or holidays. We do not offer local pick-up.
We must ship to the address that is given to us in the original order so please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We can’t change the shipping address once you have paid, these orders are auto uploaded into the warehouse.

DOMESTIC:

Most orders ship UPS ground, this requires a physical address NOT a PO BOX. Transit times are 1-7 business days depending on your location.
If purchasing outside of the continental U.S. which includes Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO the items ship USPS and do incure a cost.
Please add your item/s to your cart with your address so that the shipping calculator can best calculate shipping for an accurate price quote. If you are purchasing several different items you can see the total combined shipping when you look at your shopping cart.

INTERNATIONAL:

We only ship USPS Global Express or Global Priority depending on the item. Express orders are estimated to arrive within 2 business weeks of actual shipment, Priority within 3-4 weeks of shipment. Transit times can vary for a variety of countries, we are not responsible for transit times.
We can’t control customs delays in your country thus shipments may take longer than expected. We ship everything within 3 business days of receiving payment, not including weekends or holidays.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT AND OTHER TAXES IN YOUR COUNTRY, as well as any additional carrier fees. We don’t know these charges in different countries; they are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Our items come with US voltage, we are a U.S. Company. You may need a plug adapter or voltage converter, please research this before placing your order, some items have universal voltage plan accordingly.
