Our outlet is focused on only M-Audio and Digidesign Pro Audio products and assorted accessory items for those brands.
We are a real, family-owned company, and one of the largest independent authorized Pro-Audio dealers in New England.
We are an Authorized Dealer for all items we sell directly, thus any warranty, product support, software downloads, rebates or otherwise are valid with us.
We carry every M-Audio and Digidesign product that these manufacturers offer. However, if you could not find an item you were interested in, need a different model of that brand or wanted an alternate accessory simply Contact Us.
Our phone number is 603-294-4161 but due to the extremely high volume of questions we get and a desire to provide you with answers to your questions that can be followed-up and that have more detailed and visual information your best bet is to Contact Us, we do our best to answer all questions within less then 24 business hours.
Customer service and shipping hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We are not open on weekends nor all major holidays (with reduced availability during the Christmas week, Thanksgiving week, and July 4th week Holidays).
