| | Description | The CO2 is a compact and rugged digital audio tool that converts S/PDIF signals from optical to coax and from coax to optical. Its 2-in, 2-out design allows the CO2 to operate as a full-duplex, bi-directional converter, or as a half-duplex converter with thru portallowing it to work as both a converter and a repeater. The CO2 is also affordable enough that its easy to add several if needed. | |

The solution for no optical or coaxial input!! Jun 26, 2009 If you have only a coax or optical input and need to convert one from the other this is the answer. It works as advertised and there have been no issues since I purchased it. It works, it has been working, and I am sure it will continue to work. Worth the money!!
It works easily and without issue! Feb 07, 2009 I bought this converter to adapt the optical output of an Airport Express to the copper input of an Arcam AVR100 receiver. This little box did the job perfectly without any loss of sound quality!
Regards,
Ian

Does what it suppose to well. Oct 24, 2007 I bought this product because I needed to convert a coaxial signal from the dvd player to the input (optical) of the home entertainment system. It does the job transparently as it should and gives you the option of also attaching another device (optical in). I haven't tried attaching another device, or changing configuration as you can via the switch on the side of the device. I do recommend this device if you need it for conversion of a signal as it does a great job.

Great Product Feb 09, 2007 I have a USB soundcard for my computer. I wanted to send the digital signal to my receiver for DTS sound and I also wanted to send the signal to my DAC for better two channel sound quality. This product allows me to feed in one signal and output the signal to two separate places. Works as advertised!
